Women in Compliance is a mentoring and support group dedicated to empowering women. The group is a benefit of ASCP membership and is free to join.
The annual ASCP Safety & Compliance Conference features a dedicated Women in Compliance session - this is led by professional development coach Stephanie Smith. Women in the sector come together to share their challenges and support each other to succeed in their roles. And of course, it’s the perfect opportunity to network - leave with more contacts in your support group. We are stronger together.
The 2024 Conference Women in Compliance theme is:

In this session we will explore your personal values and how you can use them to enhance your relationships, career and everything in-between.
What are personal values?
Why they are important?
And ultimately - what are yours?!
